Dashboardmissing?

Create categories drop down menu and add pages to these. I’m trying to locate the appearance menu section so I can create the menu I want. However when I type domain/wp-admin The dashboard doesn’t come up. It just takes me back to the stats page. So I’m not sure how to view it. Please help

I tried to access to https://lockeddownblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin, and the link led me to the log-in page to the dashboard. So it seems to be fine absolutely.
If the issue still remains on you, please try to clear a cache of your web browser and try again. It might be a temporary issue because of a cache.

Hello please explain how to create a drop down menu? I cannot seeem to access the appearance menu? Also not sure how to clear a cache? Ido do try on my laptop and iPad though it didn’t take me to the page that says Dashboard at the top. I rea;;y want to create categories.

“My Sites” “Customize” “Menus” and read page one of this link https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ or you can click the link @hacchism gave you and go to “Settings” “Menu” and follow the instructions on page two of the above link.
“My Site” scroll down to “Settings” on the left and click “Writing” at the top to get to the place where you can add categories.
