I’ve gone to My Blogs under the Dashboard dropdown (left side) to see if my blog [Literature Hound] would show up, so I could add Yahoo and Technorati (to increase traffic), but my blog isn’t showing up. I’m seeing something a bit strange. An email address and under it, it says vCard and Regenerate and Delete. Is this the norm, shouldn’t My blog show up too?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The unique identifier is the email address you use to regiter the blog. If you are logged into wordpress.com and add another blog then that blog will be added to the drop-down menu of the first blog. If you were signed out and created a new blog using a different email address then it will not appear in the drop down. If this is not a case of two different accounts under two different email addresses, and you were logged into wordpress.com when you added the blog in question then you will have to contact Staff for help. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

It’s not my email address and I was logged in when I registered my blog. I even deleted the blog and a different email address showed up, they are ones I’ve never seen.

You’re welcome. I’d like to mention why I am suggesting that you go to Staff. Only Staff have backend access to blogs and only they can apply technical fixes to blogs.
