Dashed line removal below custom header

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello, I wonder if you can help. I have purchased the custom CSS upgrade but am a novice at CSS. I have uploaded my custom header to the exact size specified using the custom header upload tool and it does appear but unfortunately there is a white dashed line just below it. Now this seems to correspond with the dashed line separating articles but I can’t see how to get rid of it from below the header or even to get rid of it completely.

    Can someone please help me?
    I can post me style sheet for you to look at if this helps?

    Much appreciated.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    .post {border: none;}

    #sidebar {border-top: none;}

    It’s two lines, one as a border to the post and one as a border to the sidebar.

    Thank you very much rosclarke that has gotten rid of the line.
    Just a quick one and please ignore if you’re too busy but is there a way to have a line between posts but not at top below header?

    Thanks again.

    Sure. You could set a bottom border for the posts.

    .post {border-bottom: 1px dashed;}

    Or whatever.

    Oh, in which case you’d want to change the first code I gave you to:

    .post {border-top: none;}
