  Hi, it’s been brought to my attention by clients that my website isn’t loading? As per my research, the data base error pops up, how do I fix this? thanks

  If by chance you are talking about a site using the standalone WP software, you’ll want to post at the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page.
