data error with my website

  My website has not worked in weeks. We thought the issue was with HostGator however after talking with 5-6 different people we finally got some answers. Every time that you try go into my website it just says data connection error. Thats what all my clients see, everyone trying to view my site.

  Apparently there is missing data and corrupted so it wont get a signal to correct. I just need someone to do whatever they possibly can to do a reset or backup or salvage anything from the website that is left. I need it up and running within the next few days and dont know what to do.

  ^^ This is what theyre saying the problem is. Can you help
