Data import

  I started a data import several days ago. Is this still ongoing? The import tool states that this should take only 24 hours, otherwise I shall contact the support.

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. Note that you can type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help and they will reset the importer for you.   Hi there,

  The importer got stuck while processing your import. Sorry about that! I just reset the importer so you can try that import again. If you continue to have trouble with it, please let me know. :)
