  Dear Support,

  I lost login information for my website I use to have in WordPress.

  My website name is http://www.reprivateinvest.com
  It was designed in WordPress system by Hans Bokmann.

  I use to have login on WordPress:

  user: [username redacted]
  password: [password redacted – never post your password in a public place!]

  Could you please help me to find and activate the design of the site?

  Hi there. I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is for free WordPress.com blogs. You appear to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Please visit the WordPress.org support forum for assistance as we won’t be able to help you here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.

  However, I’m still tagging this for staff so they can remove the login information you posted. Both this and the WordPress.org forums are public, which means ANYONE can access them, so please never post sensitive information like your login details. When you regain access to your site, please change your password immediately to prevent anyone from gaining unauthorised access to your account.

  Jelena – I’ve removed the password you posted. As kokkieh said, you must change your password as soon as possible. Never post your password a public place.
