data loss?

  Hi

  I need a trouble shooting for my site.

  I created this site 2015 using bluehost. I added many pages, plugin, posts and images, changed theme and customized it so far. It was working fine until 2 weeks ago, though somehow now I could only see 2 posts and it got back to the theme I used the very first time.

  I do not know what is going on! I don’t know why all the things I built up has lost somewhere and not appearing on the site.
  I suppose that I need to restore all the data. I can see some backups on bluehost Aug 2016, and I could find the images I uploaded in 2016. I did not see the posts data.
  I do not know how to restore the backups onto my site, and how it can be the same as before.

  I really need it for my business, so it’s rather urgent….if someone knows what was going on, please help!

  I’m sorry, but since monojapaneseart.com is not hosted at WordPress.com, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner – we do not have any access to the backend of the site, so we cannot see what is going on. It’s only connected to WordPress.com through JetPack.

  I would recommend getting in touch with Bluehost for support, or checking out these resources if your site was indeed built with WordPress software:
