Data lost

    For some reason the site suddenly asked me to enter my password again and I lost an hour´s work between 15.06 and 16.00 how can I retrieve this. it is not in autosave. Can I set autosave to save more frequently

    Are you referring to “My Assignment”? If so, I’m afraid that if there’s no auto-saved version of your post, we can’t restore that for you.

    Can you let me know if you have cookies enabled on your browser? Normally, you shouldn’t need to re-enter your password while working on a post.

    While it isn’t possible to set auto-save to save your drafts more frequently, you can always use the “Save Draft” button as often as you would like.
