  I changed some things on my page in wordpress, and those changes never appeared in my database. the databse still has the old informations. what do i do?

  There is no blogger access to the database for wordpress.COM hosted blogs like http://sporturipentrutineret.wordpress.com/

  There is no metadata access for us wordpress.COM bloggers and we cannot insert any code into the <header>. This is a multi-user blogging platform. Our blogs share a common architecture.
