Database Back Up?

  I have a wordpress.com website (getonthatplane.wordpress.com). I wish to take a database back up of all my content (I already have the XML file) and transfer to my new domain.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The XML file is already is backup file of your WordPress.com site. It contains your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags.
