  How can I obtain a database backup for a website created in WordPress and hosted by another hosting company? Thanks

  Since the website is not hosted with WordPress.com, we’re limited to what we can help with and advise, but I’m happy to get you pointed in the right direction.

  You would need to have access to the hosting account for the website in order to access or download a database. There’s no other way to do so.
