Yes, and the tool feature “import” that was recommended didn’t transfer any of the posts or design elements… it essentially did nothing…

I’m having trouble with the “guided transfer” purchase. When I put my credit card information in and click purchase another screen comes up stating that “this blog already has these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscription?”

Regarding the Guided Transfer, it looks like you have a custom font enabled on your blog. In order to purchase the transfer, you will first need to disable the custom font by navigating to Appearance -> Customize -> Fonts and clicking the small “X” next to each font.
Then, after you disable the fonts, could you try to complete the purchase again from the page here?

To address the other issue, the import tool should move all of your posts over. When you ran the import, did any errors come up on the screen on your self-hosted blog? The errors may have read “This file already exists….”.

Okay, I did that and it still said the same thing “this blog already has these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscription?” What should I do?

You definitely shouldn’t be seeing that as you do not have the Guided Transfer upgrade on your account yet.

Can you try one more thing? Can you try to clear your browser cache as described here?
I believe this might be a case where your browser thinks you have other items in your cart that have already been removed. If that does not work, I’ve created a manual payment request and sent it to the email address on your account. You can complete the payment there, and I will manually add the upgrade to your account.
