  Hello,
  I would like to ask how I can get a database backup in sql format for website migration. I already have the xml file. Please help

  Hi @solrac1980

  You cannot access an SQL database unless you are on the business or eCommerce plan in which case and if you are on one of those plans, please log a support ticket and the staff will help you closely with this. If however, you are on Premium plan or lower. the XML file should be sufficient enough to help you migrate to another platform (self hosted ). and it’s all that you get on that plan.
