  Hi there,

  WordPress.com uses our own modified version of the WordPress software, so you cannot download a WordPress.com site or it’s database to directly upload to another hosting provider.

  If you want to move your content from a WordPress.com site to a new site at Bluehost, create an export at My Site ->Tools ->Export. You’ll then be able to import that file from within the new site’s dashboard, after you have installed a copy of WordPress on Bluehost’s servers.
