Database cancelled, if I activate jetpack backup, will I be able to restore any?

    It looks like the db for one of my websites ‘axtoneacademy.com’ was cancelled. Since I can see that on my jetpack on that website the log data is stored back 20 days, is there maybe a chance that activating backup now could help me restore the website as it was like on the 24th of january? Thank you

    Your database hasn’t been cancelled, there is only a problem regarding the connection. You must contact your hosting support to solve this problem yourself.
