  Dear sirs,
  Hope my email finds you will.
  I would like to ask about some issues that may help me dealing with you in the future.
  1- What are the database engine that you offer to customers (SQL, Oracle, …etc)
  2- What are the security grantees that you offer for your customers from being hacked?
  3- What are the interface languages offered by your site (HTML, Asp, … etc)?
  Hope to find my answers about these topics ASAP.

  Based on your questions, I would suggest getting more familiar with the back end of the WordPress platform, as I am not sure it would meet your needs.

  There is no database access for users to wordpress.COM hosted sites. See: Moving to self hosted wordpress http://move.wordpress.com
