Database error transferring hosting
-
My hosting was with Bluehost, but I could not afford to continue with them so I transferred to a free hosting site, and all was well, that is, until my domain expired and my site no longer worked, of course. I called Bluehost to transfer a different domain, which was done but now I got an “error connecting to database”. When I got back to Bluehost to ask what the username and database name was, they had deleted all of my records. My question is if there is a way to learn what the correct information is for my database? This was a site that took about a year to create plus I had a phpbb forum as well – a lot of work to lose.
Appreciate any help. I am changing the site to use for a non profit organization. The site is onelifetosave.org.
Thank you!
