  I need to download my Database file (.sql)
  How can I get access to this file?
  I need this for data migration

  Hey there, can you share what platform you’re exporting to? Generally, rather than a SQL file, you’ll want a WXR file, and that’s what we offer here. If you’re moving to self-hosted, I’d recommend these steps: https://wordpress.com/support/export/
