Database Plugin – IE: MS Access for WordPress

  I am looking for a plugin that I can use to create a relational database on my WordPress site. A million years ago Microsoft Access would have been the choice. What I need is something similar in functionality. Create tables, forms, etc., and then display them nicely within my WP site.

  I have searched for such a tool but can’t find anything.

  Any ideas?
