  Hello everyone, here is my concern: I delete plugins on my site via FTP, but they always appear in my dashboard! Moreover, when I want to delete them, he asks me again for my FTP connection information! Can you help me ? Thank you

  FTP access is not provided on WordPress.com for security reasons. For sites hosted on WordPress.com, the users don’t have the need to run updates and there is no FTP access. WordPress.com is where you are posting your query now.
