database recovered, but usernames gone

  Hi, I recently had a problem with my webhost that made my databases disappear. They have been recovered intact as far as I know, but when I load up my wordpress blog I get the blank default skin and it says:

  “Not Found. Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.”

  I tried to login, but the usernames are no longer there. Any way to recover it? Thanks!
