Date & Time not shown as selected

Hello!
I have a problem with my date and time showing correctly on my blog. I’m using the “Neat!” theme from Topi Peltonen.
In my options I have set the output “l, j. F Y” which is show in the output as “Montag, 22. Januar 2007” (as I want it in German which is alright). But on my blog the date is only shown as “Januar 21st, 2007”What went wrong, and oh, the time is not shown at all.

Do you mean the posting time? Is it possible that that particular theme doesn’t allow you to set front-page options, only Dashboard and admin page options for date display?

I mean when I post a message. Under the title I would like to have that date and time like I’ve set in the output.
Where can I see if this theme supports front page options.
Sorry if my explanation is not that good, but my Englisch, you know… :D -
As Raincoaster says, it’s possible that the date and time format is hard-coded into the theme. If this is the case then setting the output option will not work. The coding in the theme will override whatever option you set.

Well, I just had a quick search round the ‘net and can’t find where to get hold of the theme right now. If I could get hold of it I could have a quick look and let you know.
