  Every blog I publish, has the incorrect date and time. How can I adjust this permanently so that my blogs are published with the correct date, time, and category?

  Easiest is to go to – Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Pick a city in your timezone – remember to save changes at the bottom of the page
