Date on post does not equal date on which it is published
-
I’ve noticed that when I’ve been publishing my posts, they now use the date on which I first started/saved a draft of a post, and not use the date on which I actually hit the Publish button. Is there a way to fix that? Thanks.

Have you confirmed that your timezone is correctly set while you are waiting?
To confirm your timezone is correct know the default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General. Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”. -
The timezone was already correctly set. What I notice is that the date listed on the post when appearing on the blog site is days off from the date I clicked on the Publish button; it seems to be the date when the draft was originally saved and not the date when I click on the Publish button. Thanks.
