Date showing 00000 at the end.

  Hi there,

  I am using word press rss feed to display the top three blogs on my website.Now the pubDate is showing crapy dates are showing as “Wed, 24 Oct 2007 19:03:42 +0000” rather than “Wed, 24 Oct 2007 12:03:42 PM”. I have made changes in wp-rss2.php in line 20 as we are in america and changed it to “<pubDate><?php echo mysql2date(‘m-d-Y’, get_post_time(‘Y-m-d H:i:s’, true), false); ?></pubDate>”
  But still showing the same format.

  Please advice.

  Your mention of changing a php leads me to believe your blog is self-hosted, as we are unable to do that here at wordpress.com. If you are self-hosted, you’ll be able to get help at http://wordpress/org/support

  If this is a wordpress.com blog you’re talking about, what is the url please?

  Is your blog a WordPress.com blog? You mention editing a php file which is something we can’t do on .com blogs. If you’re self-hosted using WordPress.org software you have a greater level of access than we do, so you’ll need to ask over at http://wordpress.org/support/ .

  If your blog is hosted here, can you provide a link so we can see what you mean?
