Date stamp won't stick

    I’m using the Sorbet theme for my blog. It’s a gorgeous theme, but the date stamp won’t stick. Each time I update a post the post dates itself to Apr 4. At the same time, the post’s categories are deleted and replaced with Uncategorized. Any suggestions for how I might fix this?

    I haven’t customized the theme — I’m using it out of the box.
