  I would like to create a list of announcements by date using CSS, with the dates to the left, and to the right of each date a list of announcements for that date. I want the second and subsequent lines of each announcement item to be lined up and indented to the right of the dates, like below…

  Date Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod
  tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.
  Date Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod
  tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.
