Date/Time Format

    Hi,

I’m using Mistylook by Sadish as the theme for my blog. Entries seem to only appear with “Friday, January 2nd, 2009 by clairifur.” Is there a way to format the CSS* so that it reads “Friday, January 2nd, 2009 @ 12:30 pm” by clairifur? When looking through the themes, I noticed that some of them do, in fact, have such information included, but others don’t. Is there a simple CSS fix to edit in how much information you want included when you post?

*Do I have to buy the upgrade to do this, or can I edit it in another way?

    Thanks!

To add the time, I believe you would have to have access to the underlying theme files, and we do not have access to those. Perhaps someone will come along and prove me wrong though.

I should add that that is assuming you are hosted here at wordpress.COM. You didn’t include a link to your blog, so I cannot be sure.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, I am hosted at wordpress.com. I forgot to include that, sorry.

  • clairifur, if you bring this to the attention of staff with a support ticket once normal support is operating again we’ll look into it. Themes are supposed to honour the date and time format but there are a few that don’t and we’re not necessarily aware of those.

Thanks, tellyworth. I’ll be sure to do that.
