Date/time stamp issues.

  I am trying to change the time displayed on my posts and I don’t see the option in settings. I posted something yesterday evening (2/8/16) and it is dated for today at 2am (2/9/16). I was asleep at that time. Can you tell me how I can fix this?

  Hi,

  Did you try to change your timezone ?
  You can do this by doing the following ..

  1. log in as admin into your dashboard. You can do this by going to this link https://YOURBLOGNAME.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Please replace “YOURBLOGNAME” with your actual blog name.

  2. Once you are there click on “settings” from the right hand side menu.
  3. Follow the directions of setting the timezone from the below link … under “TimeZone”.

  The default timezone is UTC time. You can confirm or reset your timezone here > Settings > General. There you select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu and then click “save changes”.
