Dating theme

  I am confused!

  I was ready to by WPDating PlugIn and WPDating theme from wpdating.com
  Because I thought they were YOURS/WordPress.

  I wrote to wpdating.com to ask about them and WordPress.ORG and they said they are all different entities.

  SO, my questions:
  A) IS WordPress.COM the same as WordPress.ORG? what are the differences?
  B) Do WordPress.com have a dating plug in i can buy DIRECT from you?
  C) Do I have to buy from another company such as wpdating.com/envatomarket? and will ALL their plugins work with wordpress?

  D) IF i buy SWEETDATE plugin , do i need another plugin for it to work? thats only 59$ and WPDatingplugin and theme 179~$

  E) can you explain in simple terms YOUR role in the process/set up of my website please
