Day 1

So I have official kicked off my new year resolution to get in shape. This morning I failed to get up at 5 AM. However I did get out of bed at 7 to start my new journey. I decided to run along the paved path by the beach in Manhattan Beach, CA. There are many people who run, walk and plenty of dogs. I though that this would be a good place for me and Chanel, that way she can be around other dogs and I can enjoy the view.
I had originally hoped to run a full 3 miles. Well I only ended up running about half that, which I am ok with since its only the first day. The weather was a little cold at first but warmed up quite quickly. The run/walk seemed to take no time at all. Once we finished I drove home and did the Slim in Six, warm it up routine. This workout focuses on a full body workout, for all levels of fitness. I definitely recommend it.
Tonight I plan on doing the Slim in Six burn it up routin, posting pictures, and measurements. Oh and yes getting healthy.
