DBP validation failed

  Hi,

  I created a new blog, anamiracanstory.wordpress.com, and paid for mapping to anamiracanstory.com. I guess I had to reenter my payment information one too many time and it “locked me out” or something to that effect because I received an error that said to contact support and tell them that “DBP validation failed” for my account. I submitted a form to Support, but haven’t heard anything back.

  Another thing is that I received email confirmation that payment was processed and that my blog was mapped, but if you got to anamircanstory.com, the page doesn’t exist. Whenever I try to remap it via the store, it brings up the payment I made as wordpress credits. When I try to re-buy the mapping with the credits, I get the same message about DBP invalidation failure.

  I just want to map my domain and for the payment to go through properly!

  This is so frustrating, help!
