  I’m having major issues trying to delete this website – i do not remember the gmail address I created that is associated with this account so I cannot even reset password to login but need to deactivate it asap – i do have the screen shots of my receipt with a customer code/number

  i’ve been locked out and cannot access the gmail account associated with this website however, I do have my transaction ID/receipt from wordpress purchase

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  I can confirm that sunrisecoaching.org is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @chanaemoore login.
