  Are you looking to permanently delete your site? Before deleting your site you should note:
  “Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.”

  I have already permanently deleted my site, I am looking to completely delete my account with WordPress. Is that possible?
