I already have a web designer but he cant seem to get access even when i set him up with a user and password. He is saying

Things he can try.
Try: http://www.yoursitewhateveryoururlis/wp-login/ (replace your site whatever your url is with your actual URL)
He can try clearing out his browser cache and cookies.
Check if you have a security plugin that blocks specific IP addresses or location or blocks an IP after a certain amount of failed logins
He can try another browser, also try pasting the password and username into notepad before using it (has solved this problem for me many times) -
Sorry, Just checked your post again. you will need to go into the backend via FTP. I think the plugin is locking him out this can be solved in the backend try emailing support.
