Hi there!
You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
It looks like the problem is stemming from the Elementor Pro plugin. I would first contact your host Bluehost for help. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you temporarily disable that plugin so you can log back into your site.
Then, I would contact Elementor Pro support with the error messages you received in that email and they should be able to help fix the problem causing the error in the first place.
I want to redesign my whole website.
If you are thinking of moving your hosting to WordPress.com, you can get your site set up here before switching your domain over! When you sign up for a new site, we give you a free subdomain (*.wordpress.com) that you can use to start building your new site.
Since you already use Elementor, you may want to continue using that so our Business plan would be the option you would need:
WordPress.com Business offers the same great, extendable, and flexible WordPress experience as self-hosting. With WordPress.com Business, we manage the hardware and the low-level system configurations for you so you can focus on what’s most important, your content.
- There’s no need for SSH or FTP access as we give you the flexibility to extend your site’s capabilities with plugins and themes. However, SFTP access and SSH access are available on WordPress.com should you require them.
- We seamlessly allocate server resources without the need to upgrade further like some hosts require.
- WordPress.com Business includes advanced features such as SEO tools, Google Analytics integration, and 200 GB of storage.
- Business plan sites with plugins installed have the ability to restore backups to their site. Note that restorable backups become available shortly after the initial plugin or third-party theme is installed.
- Access to our Happiness Engineer support team 7 days a week through live chat and priority email support.
With self-hosting, you’re typically managing your own servers, and you have more access to fine-tune configuration files. However, more control means more responsibility. On a self-hosted site, you’re responsible for maintaining site security, backups, and there is no dedicated support team for WordPress.org.
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any questions. :)
