Deactivate Google analytics, WordPress free account

    Hi,

sorry if this topic has already been discussed, I couldn’t find any mention about it.

As everybody, I try to make our website (wordpress.com, free account) fit for GDPR.
Right now, we build a new, bigger WP-site (now with Woocommerce integration), but it still needs more time than expected until it can go public. So, as an “in-between-solution”, we had to make our first page GDPR-proof .

Last Friday, I thought, I had everything ready but now, I stumbled upon a warning that my website uses Google Analytics.
I can’t explain where this comes from since we’ve never installed it. Can you please tell me where to deactivate it?
I would also like to deactivate Jetpack.

Otherwise I’m forced to delete the whole page.

    Best wishes
    Anne

  • Hi Anne,

Can you please let me know your site’s address as I don’t see any Jetpack connected site to the account you’re using to post to this thread.
