Deactivate Jetpack

    I cannot deactivate Jetpack on my wordpress site. I have tried going to the plugins and trying other suggestions but I can never find where to deactivate it. Can someone help?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Our support page provides a guide on how to remove self-hosted WordPress site from your WordPress.com account:

    If you have any questions or trouble with the disconnection, let me know, and I’d be happy to deactivate the site from our end.

    There is no Jetpack connection on the account you are contacting from. Were you able to disconnect the site or is the self-hosted site connected to a different WordPress.com account? If the latter, feel free to post in this thread from that account, and we’ll take care of the disconnection.
