ok i bought the theme for a wordpress website online and applied to this websites
now I didn’t touch the website for 30 days after the creator trial finished so the website basically got removed but i can still access wp-admin but basically a brand new website and theme is not there.

Anyway, i decided to make a new wordpress website with different domain and tried using the theme from previous website but it is saying the the theme is being used (activated) by previous website so deactivate that one then use it here but on previous website the theme isn’t showing because everything has been removed.
So I don’t know how to deactivate the theme on wordpress.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

Third-party themes require a Creator plan. I understand that you bought that theme from another website that most likely should have the option to deactivate the theme from all WordPress sites (You might need to contact your theme reseller to see how to do so).

In case there wasn’t that option, I have added a temporary Creator plan to your site for a couple of days. You can follow these steps to restore a backup of your site before the Trial expires and deactivate your theme from there.

    Best regards
