Deactivate WP Bakery

    I had a paid plan but recently moved my domain to another site as well as hosting. I need to deactivate WP Bakery because its associated with this account and I can’t update it now.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Are you referring to this site: erpkaleidoscope.com?

    If so, I’ve checked it, and as you mentioned, it’s not currently associated or hosted here on WordPress.com, and there isn’t a WP Bakery plugin linked to your WordPress.com account. I’d recommend reaching out to your current hosting provider for help with this issue—they should be able to assist.

    Would you mind sharing what led you to move your domain to another host? Was there something that wasn’t working as expected here? We’d really appreciate your feedback.
