Deactivated and reactivated Jet Pack, all stats and all followers gone
-
I installed a full functioning backup of my site (including new links to my files). I wanted to use the backup as test instance. Everything was copied to TEST including my followers via Jetpack. I did not want to send my followers an email when did modifications on the TEST instance, therefore I disabled jetpack on TEST.
However it seemed that my main instance did not work properly anymore with jetpack. Therefore I disabled Jetpack and reactivated it again on my main blog.
But stats were created anew and all followers are gone.

Both the TEST and the main blog are available on wordpress.com
I would like to remove the TEST on wordpress.com.
But deinstallation of the jetpack plugin on TEST does not help. -

Ok, both of those are on your account. We won’t be able to transfer the stats, but we can transfer the followers.
Just to be sure, do you want the followers move from the test site to your production site?

I have transferred your subscribers as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
