    Dear WordPress,

    About a week ago I opened a new wordpress https://papualanguageinstitute.wordpress.com/

    Before I had the chance to put in any posts the page was disabled and I received the following message:

    This blog has been archived or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
    For more information and to contact us please read the message in your dashboard.

    I made an enquiry about a week ago just after it happened. This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. It happened on a past blog I made but I managed to get it fixed much faster last time. Also on the forums it seems that this is one of the most common errors on WordPress where the filter detects the risk of some kind of spam or something and then it deactivates the blog. However, this is often a mistake made by the filters and on the forums I see it gets resolved quickly. Clearly from the title of my wordpress it is clearly for educational / anthropological purposes.

    I would appreciate if someone from support can resolve this quckly because I need to use this wordpress.

    Hi there. https://papualanguageinstitute.wordpress.com/ appears just fine to me, showing a post published 9 February. If you still see a “suspended” message, try clearing your browser cache.

    For future reference, we can’t help with suspended blogs in this forum. Should something like this happen to you again your only option is to support the Terms of Service staff using the link that should appear on your dashboard, or via the contact form on this page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
