deactivated my account

Hello, I would like to deactivated my blog (deleted site) before the free trial was over. Does that mean that I will not be charged the $99 fee? Please let me know if there is any other action needed to avoid this charge.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there!
It looks as if you deleted your site, and canceled your Premium upgrade just moments after your credit card was charged. This was the end of your 2-week trial period. The transaction was voided, but I haven’t gotten the final notification that the charge didn’t go through. While it appears as if the cancellation was successful, let’s touch base after 24-hours to confirm that this is the case. I will have to bank notification at that point.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

Hello there!
I checked our records today. I appears as if the transaction did go through before you were able to cancel.
I see a $99 charge on your account for the WordPress.com site: http://sales3331.wordpress.com.
Can you confirm for me that you want this upgrade canceled, and your $99 refunded? Let me know and I’ll take care of it as soon as possible.
Thanks so much!

Hi
I would like to add external link on the manu.
Could you let me know how to do it ?Richard
-
Hey Richard!
No problem at all…
You can create a customized menu by following these instructions:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/Take a look at adding a Link to your menu. You can send visitors to an external site this way.
I hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, drop me a note. Thanks much!

Thanks. I would like to purchase a theme
http://demos.upthemes.com/creative/
When I purchase it and activate this theme, will it look as same as the demo instantly or I need to add pictures and reconfigure the theme ?Thanks
-
Hi there!
The link you provided for the Creative theme is only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Since you are hosting here, at WordPress.com, you could use this link to add the theme to your site:
https://wordpress.com/themes/creative/
There will be some configuration to do once you activate the theme for your site. This theme has a walk-through guide:
https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/creative/support/
Also, because it’s a premium theme, you have direct contact with the developers, if you want to go straight to the horse’s mouth for assistance! Here is a link to their support page:
http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/creative
That should do the trick! If I can help in any other way, please drop me a line. Cheers :)

Hi there,
Whenever there is a Live Chat operator available, you will find popup box when you log into your WordPress.com account and visit your Dashboard, or the Support page.
You can also request a Live Chat, if you drop a note here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/Type in a question. If you don’t see your answer, click the support request link at the bottom of the page. It will look like this:
You can either request email OR live chat support.
Thanks so much!

Thanks. Do you have a video tutorial to show how to configure the website layout ? I would like to remove the footer showing “wordpress” in the bottom of the homepage.

Hi there!
It appears as if you’ve moved to Sela as your theme. This theme doesn’t have a video tutorial, but it does have a step-by-step guide, with images and instructions:
https://wordpress.com/themes/sela/I would like to remove the footer showing “wordpress” in the bottom of the homepage.
The footer credit is required to be displayed according to our terms of service:
http://en.wordpress.com/tos/Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer.
(See the bottom of http://blog.ted.com/ for an example)Let us know if you have any additional questions about this.
Thank you!

Hi there!
Third party plugins cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk.
Plugins are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
I know the difference between .com and .org can get confusing, so here’s a breakdown of the benefits of each:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/Sometimes, even without the installation of a plugin, we can help you gain the function you’d like here at WordPress.com. If you let me know your goals, perhaps I can help further.
With all your requests, it really does seem like a self-hosted site might be what you need. It’s got the flexibility you are seeming to require.
We’ll do out best to suit you here, but there are limits.
Please let me know how else I can help! Cheers.
