Deactivating plugins on a website that has already been deactivated

  Hi all,

  We have moved away from WordPress to host our website, however, we still seem to be getting charged for our plugin subscriptions. Because our website and URL has already been migrated, we are unable to access wp-admin to make direct changes to plugin subscriptions. Additionally, when attempting to deactivate or remove these plugins through the wordpress.com plugins page, they do not deactivate or remove.
