dead sites

  There are a few sites that are not working but I am unable to delete them.

  Have you tried following the “Delete Site” guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/?

  Before you delete any of your sites be sure that you definitely don’t want to ever use those sites’ names again. Once a site has been deleted it’s not possible to ever re-use its name again.

  When you say the sites are not not working, what seems to be the problem with them? Can you give us the links to them?
