Dear staff: I need a theme refund

A few weeks ago I purchased a premium theme for my blog, “bold news.” It never worked right, making most of the titles of my posts on my front page descend vertically. It looked terrible. So, I requested a refund but never heard anything back, I am afraid my 30 day period may have passed without me receiving a refund. In the meantime I have purchased “Modern News” theme and I love it.
Does anyone know how I can get a refund?
