You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and delete posts.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Hi,
Yes, I went to the Dashboard and to Users. All of my 4 blogs state that I am the Administrator. But when I try to delete more than, say, 2 posts, a red screen comes up stating: ” Whoa there! It looks like you don’t have permission to do that. You should try contacting your site admin and see if they can help.”
But I am the Administrator. -

Do you just want to delete some posts, or do you want to completely empty the site?
If you want to empty it, then please follow the instruction at: http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ otherwise try deleting the post once more. Hopefully it works now.

Hi.
I just wanted to delete some posts. Over time, I may delete most of them. It’s still giving me that same message:
” Whoa there! It looks like you don’t have permission to do that. You should try contacting your site admin and see if they can help.”
It gives me that message with a red screen. -

It gives me that message with a red screen. That means you are not logged in under the correct username account. Go back to what I posted above here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/dear-wordpress-i-would-like-to-delete-blog-posts-from-an-old-blog?replies=9#post-1875099 and follow through please.

I just logged completely out and logged back in.
My blog reasonablyliberal.wordpress.com seems to have completely disappeared. This is not good. I wanted to keep that one.

http://reasonablyliberal.wordpress.com/ is still there, but I do not see it in My Blogs or the Dashboard.
http://tombreyfogle.wordpress.com/ can be found in My Blogs and the Dashboard.
I would like to at least have http://reasonablyliberal.wordpress.com/ back.

Hi,
My blog is back. This is good.
However, I am still unable to delete or “trash” a post when I go into My Blogs and Posts. I get the red screen.
I am able to log into my blog just fine. All blogs say I am the administrator. I don’t think I should need to find some old code at account recovery.
