I recently discovered that both of these websites have been deleted and I am unable to access them. These websites are important to me as they contain valuable content and information that I have created and curated over time.

https://mymetaforce.wordpress.com/ is not deleted but under a different account than the one you contacted us from.
I was able to successfully restore mymetaforcevn.wordpress.com. Please note that this is usually not possible, and many clear warnings exist throughout the deletion process.Be very careful with that delete button in the future! :)
