Death threats and hate speech on a WordPress blog

There’s hate speech, death threats, threats of numerous types, child exploitation and private, personal information that is not available publicly (not on social media or in people finder web searches) posted on someone’s neo-nazi hate blog. The blog owner posted full addresses and phone numbers that can lead to my son, a very young child, and to me. Within the blog postings and the comments are numerous threats against his life and mine, and repeated accounts of where we live and what should be done to us. (death, murder, destroyed via…) I’ve contacted WordPress directly, but I want this handled as quickly as possible. A child shouldn’t be put into danger with credible threats against his life due to a backup in the support system for abuse of WordPress. Again, the blog is solely about hate (hate speech: anti-semitism, hate against Christians, Muslims, Wiccans, any religion except hers — a form of satanism which has been perverted by nazism), and the threats and the comments left are by what appears to be a handful of users, but are actually the blog owner pretending to be others, talking to herself. The sociopath stalking me resides in Budapest, Hungary. I’m in the United States. I’ve not engaged this person at all, or posted to her blog. I’ve not retaliated in any manner. In fact, I have ignored her for months since she began harassing me and stalking me. Facebook removed 19 of her fake profiles and every instance of hate speech and harassment, including the death threats. How do I expedite WordPress removing the violations of their Terms—hate and threats—without going to this psychopath’s blog and logging onto it? The police have always said to NOT go to a stalker’s blog because then the stalker can turn around and claim the person they are stalking and abusing is stalking them (with use of tracking software). She logs onto my blog daily, every 12 to 18 hours sometimes. There is no content on it. She logs onto my Blogger blog as well, but that blog is mainly about animal rights and ocean conservation. I assume she is logging on as a way to let me know she is out there, possibly she thinks she is in control. She stated she is in power (on her hate blog that exploits my child and asks for his death) so I can only assume she is attempting to bait me… and I’m not taking the bait.
Thank you for any help.BTW, some of the threats and violations of WordPress Terms are in Hungarian. When translated, it’s quite clear. The addresses and phone numbers are in English. I’ve accessed the info via Google cached pages. Hungarian translates horribly with software translators, so if anyone can actually read and translate Hungarian, it would be more helpful. The words need a real human to translate. A friend of min, Hungarian-German, said the translators do a horrible job and make the threats seem not as bad as they are when someone who is native to the language reads it. She said in Hungarian, the blog entires and even worse, the comments, are quite threatening, contain credible threats of danger to me and my son and as a whole, the blog is hate speech, which is illegal.

auxclass, I didn’t post the blog’s URL for exactly that reason (see my second post). I purposely left the blog’s URL out of this request on the Support Forum. I’m looking for help, and help that goes beyond reporting it to Abuse for weeks on end with no results. I don’t know if anyone is actually taking the time to read every entry and all the comments, seeing the private and confidential information that puts my child in danger. Add to the fact that a lot of it is in a foreign language that translates poorly. A friend of mine who reads and speaks the language has translated part of it and has said this is a serious matter and it’s not only the threats, but the exposing of information regarding a very young child to a hate group. Links on the blog link to a nazi hate forum where it was discussed, and a comment from the hate blog is quoted. A member in this forum says it clearly says it ask that a child be killed. I saw the quote via a screenshot, and my son’s name was mentioned three times in that one comment alone.

Posting here was my last resort before attempting to find an attorney to take this on Pro Bono since the offender is in Hungary and I’m a United States citizen; WordPress would need to be subpoenaed to take down the blog, I’m told, if nothing comes of the numerous submissions via the Abuse Form and other means.

All I can really do is give you the links – I have seen some vile stuff here from time to time
I have flagged this for staff attention, they will typically refer you to the TOS group and not discuss TOS issues in the forum. But maybe with the site being in a foreign language they will pass the concerns to the correct language

I can assure you that one of our Community Guardians will read each and every abuse report that comes in. As you can imagine, we get many abuse reports every day and it can take some time to get through them all. All abuse reports for WordPress.com go to the same team no matter what language the site is in.
We do not always respond to your reports because of the number we receive, but if they are in fact breaching our Terms of Service the ToS team will take care of it.
As auxclass mentioned, we do not discuss ToS issues here in the public forum. Thank you for your reports.
